2. Last (11) Tip:  Call on God.  Make confession of sins in your life (even 5 or "no" of years ago).  You may hurt or may not be fair with your subordinates and your other neighbors.  You need to confess for this reason.  Pray to ask God (Jesus Christ) to make you an influential leader for His glory, to make you see what you need to see, and to remove all your blindness.  God grants wisdom, power, knowledge, counsel, and understanding for He created us all and He knows our flaw, our weaknesses, our faults, our stubbornness, and all problems we face today.  Ask him humbly to reveal to you and to help you, to change you, and finally to use you.
