Saturdays - God's Ordained Sabbath Day since the creation for Spiritual and Physical Rests for Jews, Messianic Jews, and Christians & Physical Rest for All Mankind. (References: Genesis 2:2,3; Exodus 23:12; Deuteronomy 5:12; Acts 13:14,44,16:13; Isaiah 56:2, 58:13,14, 66:23; Hebrews 4:4, 8-11)
Note: Some people are sick today because they neglect their physical rest or a day of rest as ordained by God. Sabbath Day is for men.
